The very soft volume wadding, called synthetic polyester wadding, is used in the furniture industry as filling for upholstered furniture.
This wadding is made of polyester fibres, which give the upholstered furniture the softness and the aesthetically pleasing appearance, thus substantially increasing comfort.
The volume wadding has anti-allergenic properties and polyester fibres that do not contain any prohibited chemicals are used in its production. The wadding is used not only for upholstered furniture, but also for garden furniture, where, thanks to its drainage characteristics, is ideal to replace the foam and sponge, without any compromise in terms of comfort.

This wadding is made of polyester fibres, which, due to quilting, renders it soft and pleasantly appearing, thus substantially increasing comfort.
The volume wadding has anti-allergenic properties and polyester fibres that do not contain any prohibited chemicals are used in its production.
The quilt wadding was specially designed to ensure a peaceful sleep. Using a mixture of very thin fibres, this material offers excellent thermal insulation. Fibres are glued using specially selected polymer resins, which provide elasticity and prevent individual fibres from migrating through the padding. This way, the quilts made with our wadding can be cleaned chemically or mechanically.
The quilts made with this type of wadding are warm, soft, light and resistant to multiple washes and, at the same time, “breathe”, allowing air and water vapour to pass through.
